Goonearl 3 is One of four refurbished barn conversions situated in one of the West Country's top equestrian centres with a wide variety of animals to see, many adjacent to the properties. This wonderful holiday cottage benefits from fantastic leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

Enjoy views of surrounding land and access to designated areas. Relax in the shared patio area or venture further afield with numerous sheltered coves and sandy surfing beaches as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include Lands End, Flambards Theme Park, Goonhilly Earth Station, Newquay Sealife Centre, The Eden Project, Tate Gallery at St Ives to name but a few. In the evenings visit one of many local family pubs serving good food.

The fantastic leisure facilities include a large indoor heated swimming pool (open hours 10am - 6pm), hot tub and steam room (steam room only available when owner on site). Stabling: you will be welcome to bring your own horse and ride in the full-sized indoor sand school or use the wealth of facilities on offer although please note there is no horse riding available on site.

Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and night storage heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beach 3 miles, pub and shop just over 1 mile.

The accommodation has been equipped to a high standard with oak and tiled floors and retains much charm with ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spacious, with cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, TV and DVD. Outside: enclosed patio with seating.
